Upazila Family Planning Office, Srimangal, Moulvibazar is an upazila level institution under the control of the Department of Family Planning under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. The office provides field level family planning and maternal, child and reproductive health services through 51 units, 5 Union Health and Family Welfare Centers, 1 Sub-Health Center, 3 Union Family Planning Clinics, Sadar Clinic located in Upazila Health Complex and 6 Satellite Clinics. . Besides, family planning services are also provided to 26 community clinics.
